President of CCAQC, Vincent Kou, takes over the reins of the IYTF

Since 2012, Vincent Kou, a Montreal Chinese Teochew lawyer and president of Chao Chow Association of Quebec Canada, has took over the presidency of the International Youth Teochew Federation, a non-lucrative international organization based in Hong Kong.
